Wasim Faranesh is a true Las Vegas native. Raised in the city, he has lived in the Las Vegas area for over 30 years and attended Gorman High School before going on to the University of Nevada Reno, where he studied from 2002 until 2006.
Before obtaining his real estate license, Wasim Faranesh owned a small, family-run business. However, during the 2008 recession, he was forced to seek an alternative source of income to support his family. His experience as an entrepreneur, and his passion for working with others, led him to the real estate industry in 2011.
Before going on to found Faranesh Real Estate and Property Management, Wasim worked as a broker, salesperson, and property manager for Black & Cherry Real Estate Group for a decade, honing his skills, forging connections, and building his expertise. As his experience progressed, Wasim decided to enter the world of property investing himself. That decision led directly to developing the tried and tested property management system he uses today to serve clients.

Today, Wasim Faranesh manages over 700 properties. He is an accomplished listing and buyer’s agent and was named top overall producer for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
